Check out these four free videos to increase the foot traffic into your store and see for yourself.
The eleven areas covered in the Retail Mastery System are: Marketing, Staff Development, Electronic Marketing, Personal Business Skills, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Store Operations, Selling, Visual Merchandising, Financial Management and Assortment Planning.
Each of the eleven topics, which together retail for $2497, is availble for Chamber Members to borrow, a month at a time, with a $250 deposit - refundable upon return. For more information contact: Susan Franck or call 517-782-8221

You have one minute to say it…
You have one minute to explain yourself, your business, your goals and your passions. Your audience knows none of these. Are you prepared? Can you present your vision smoothly, enticing them to want to know more? Click here to find out how.
Why your company should have a Facebook Page (not a Profile)
The Chamber has been challenged by our social networking savvy members to convert our Facebook ‘Profile’ to a Facebook ‘Page’. We have since risen to the occasion and invite you to ‘like’ our new page so you don’t miss out.
Click here for more information on why your business needs a 'Page' and how to convert if you don't.
If you need assistance in setting up a page or going thru a conversion, you can call the Chamber office to make an appointment. One of our staff members will be happy to help walk you through it.
