Through the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, members may take advantage of educational opportunities that are high-quality, low-cost and convenient. Our longstanding Jackson Retail Success Academy (JRSA) program and the Leadership Academy are great investments.

Use the JRSA program to strengthen a newer business, a newer manager or a new successor. Use the Leadership Academy to enhance employee leadership skills for individual growth, organizational improvement and increased community effectiveness. In both of these programs, the participants are educated through instructive content, the model of leadership by example and the value of collaboration and networking. These programs are directed by Chamber committees and taught by passionate, knowledgeable community volunteers. Attend as participants, or volunteer if you or an employee has presentation skills and expertise to share.
