The State of Michigan Bureau of State Lottery Charitable Gaming Division issues the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce to conduct a Millionaire Party at Garage Bar and Billards (1715 E. Michigan Ave., Jackson) in accordance with Act 382 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, charitable gaming rules, terms of probation, directives of the bureau, public policy of the State of Michigan, and any other local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
