Personal Property Tax Reform Debate in Senate

The Michigan State Senate is considering a package of bills (SB 1065-1072) that will provide personal property tax relief to small businesses and manufacturers.  This package of bills also provides a reimbursement mechanism for local units of government that are significantly impacted by these changes.
