The Chamber is proud to provide visibility to individuals, volunteers, and groups that have made exceptional contributions to make Jackson a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
The Omotenashi Customer Service Award

Omotenashi is a Japanese word that represents the act of providing detailed service by always putting guests or customers first, helping them to create an easy, relaxing and memorable experience. The award recognizes the entities that excel at taking care of visitors, which in turn equals return visitors to Jackson and a positive perception of our community. The Reach HIRE Award

This award honors an individual or organization that has displayed an extraordinary commitment to

Brick Awards
Andy’s Place XCEL Staffing
These awards honor building projects that have substantially upgraded the physical façade and facilities, owners of new buildings that have been built from the ground up within the last three years, or a business/organization that has made a commitment to renovating, locating, or expanding their business in Jackson County. The Small Business Person of the Year Award

This award honors an active member of Jackson County Chamber of Commerce whose business has shown a capacity to withstand the test of time for the past three years or more, and whose business is innovative in their implementation of services, products, and programs. The Athena Award

The individual nominated must demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative throughout their career, donate time and talent to improve the quality of life for others, help women to reach their full leadership potential through mentorship roles or relationships, and contribute to the Jackson Community. The Jamie McKibbin Community Enthusiast Award

Presented to honor a local citizen who represents how Jamie McKibbin lived his life. This individual must be a passionate cheerleader and ambassador for our community, truly embrace the ‘Live, Work, and Play’ lifestyle in Jackson, champion the efforts to showcase all our community has to offer, and truly makes a positive difference in Jackson every day.
