Pure Michigan Business Connect Regional Matchmaking Summit

Pure Michigan Business Connect Regional Matchmaking Summit will be August 4, 2016 at Weber Inn in Ann Arbor (flyer attached).  This event is for companies with procurement needs.

The goal of this summit is to connect suppliers from all across the State of Michigan to our leading companies in the region, while creating a targeted experience that helps your purchasing teams meet pre-qualified Michigan suppliers.  There is no cost to participate in this one-day, invitation-only summit since this is a State of Michigan Governor’s Office program meant to grow Michigan’s economy.

This matchmaker will run differently than other matchmakers you may have experienced. PMBC will customize private 1:1 supplier meeting schedules for your team based on the procurement needs you’ve provided prior to the summit. Below you’ll find instructions as to how we’ll collect your team’s current procurement needs.

By May 25, 2016, please email with:

Confirmation of your company’s participation
A completed version of the attached guided “Buyer Needs” worksheet. Please provide your sourcing opportunities (production/direct or non-production/indirect) in the first tab of the worksheet. The second tab gives you an example of a completed needs worksheet.
Key contact information for a minimum of two purchasing representatives who will be taking meetings at the summit. PMBC requires at least one buyer to take private 1:1 supplier meetings, and one buyer at your company’s walk-up table in the main summit concourse.
